We are seeking 1 - 2 motivated and detail-oriented Analysts / Junior Analysts to join our Capital Markets team. Our Capital Markets team advises professional real estate investors on property transactions across all segments, supporting in acquisitions and disposals and guiding our clients through the transaction process while delivering best-in-class service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in the real estate industry and work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, regardless of whether you are building on existing industry experience or starting your career in the field.
What are the responsibilities of an Analyst / Junior Analyst?
Conduct market research and analysis to support property transactions and investment decisions.
Prepare financial models and investor materials.
Assist in the coordination of due diligence processes for property acquisitions and sales.
Collaborate with team members to develop client presentations and reports.

Our primary recruitment criteria for the position
Minimum of 2-3 years of university studies in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
Positive and energetic in attitude
Strong work ethic and integrity
Commitment to quality and dedication to exceed customers’ expectations
Willing to learn and able to work independently and within the team
Proficient in time management and an ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously
Successful performance in the role will benefit from, and preference will be given to candidates with:
prior experience in DCF-modeling
strong skills in creating visual presentations using MS PowerPoint
Employment type and other information
The role is initially part-time, averaging a minimum of three days per week, with the possibility to increase hours during peak periods and throughout the summer 2026.
The salary for this position will be agreed individually and is based on TEK’s (Tekniikan Akateemiset) recommended trainee salary guidelines.
The ideal candidate is able to start as soon as possible, at the latest by the end of April.
