We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. Our Capital Markets team is dedicated to delivering top-notch advisory services in property transactions in all segments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry and work alongside experienced professionals. Prior experience in the real estate industry is not required; the right attitude and willingness to learn are more important..

What are the responsibilities of a Junior Analyst?

• Conduct market research and analysis to support property transactions and investment decisions.
• Prepare financial models and investor materials.
• Assist in the coordination of due diligence processes for property acquisitions and sales.
• Collaborate with team members to develop client presentations and reports.

Our primary recruitment criteria for the position

• Minimum of one year of university studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
• Positive and energetic in attitude
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Commitment to quality and dedication to exceed customers’ expectations
• Willing to learn and able to work independently and within the team
• Proficient in time management and an ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously

Employment type

Initially this is a part-time position. Flexible weekly working hours that can be adjusted in accordance with your availability. During the summer of 2025 full hours are possible.
